User Data Management

With this feature...	Do this...
Tops Sources	Manage two different types of tops sources: those that can be edited, and Alternate (read-only) tops sources. Click Add to create a new tops source. Click Copy/Merge to transfer tops data from the selected tops source into the Active tops source. Select a tops source to Rename, or Delete. Any tops source except the active tops source can be deleted or copy/merged to. Click Add to create a new tops source (typically, these are unique to an area of interest), and then click Copy/Merge to populate it with the required columns, or set it as the Active tops source by selecting it in the drop-down list and add user tops by modifying system tops. Alternate Tops Sources are typically another users' tops source that you may want to review.
Attributes	Manage two different types of database attributes: those that appear as columns in the DataCard, and those that appear in an expandable row details section below each top in the DataCard. Click Create to make a new attribute available for each top in the database. Select an attribute and click Edit to modify that attribute's definition. Click Delete to remove an attribute definition, which will also delete all the values for that attribute from all tops (in all tops sources of the database).
Formations	Manage the list of formations that can be assigned to tops. Type text in Search to filter the list displayed based on text in the Short Name, Long Name, or Comment columns. Click Create From to create a user formation based on an existing formation. Click Create New to create a user formation with no pre-filled information. Click Modify to edit a user formation. Click Delete to remove a user formation from the database, as well as all tops that are currently using that formation (in all tops sources of the database).
Owners	Manage the list of owners that can be assigned to tops. Click Add to create a new owner name. Click Rename to change an existing owner name, which changes how that owner appears for all tops that have been assigned that owner (in all tops sources of the database).
